Careers

We started Infuse because we love building products. From a custom POS to a fintech mobile app to the internet of things—at Infuse you’ll get to work in a variety of verticals instead of on just one product. Our team is made up of proactive, self-sufficient, supportive, and motivated people.

We have the perks you'd expect: ping pong, snacks, beer, nerf guns, and a great view from the office

Product Manager

About the role:

We’re looking for a motivated and proactive individual who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty to join our Product Management team. Product Managers at Infuse carry a great deal of responsibility and manage products for our clients from concept to launch and beyond. This position requires adaptability and will involve filling many roles. In short, our product managers do what needs to be done, whatever that may be, according to the individual needs of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales and new client acquisition.
  • Communicate with clients and manage client expectations.
  • Estimate, manage, track, and communicate project timelines and budgets.
  • Gather and prioritize needs from clients and users.

  • Create and manage product roadmaps.
  • Provide product vision and strategic input on project direction.
  • Track down bugs and troubleshoot with engineers.
  • Plan and execute verification & validation.
  • Analyze product performance, and optimize products.
  • Manage a team of engineers and designers.

Our product managers typically fill the role of project manager as well. This position can also be adapted to your strengths (for example, a more technical PM may work more closely with engineers on technical challenges). The best candidate for this position will be a clear communicator, a proactive problem solver, a team player who is willing to go the extra mile, and a self-starter who is looking for responsibility and autonomy.

  • You've conducted a competitive analysis when creating a new product or entering a new market segment.
  • You're familiar with A/B testing and how to optimize a conversion funnel.
  • You have a technical background and a familiarity with software development.
  • You are able to understand what is technically feasible given a set of resources.
  • You're familiar with how code is deployed and how mobile apps are submitted to app stores.
  • You've used analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Logentries, and Mixpanel.
  • You have an ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to clients and team members.
