Ready Responders
Ready Responders, armed with strong expertise in emergency medicine and healthcare population management, needed a tech team to build the software platform to manage all company operations. The company vision is to leverage EMT resources to proactively triage and plan care for patients. The platform incorporates elements of emergency dispatch, care planning, and transportation to provide a holistic approach to care that properly utilizes resources across a health system.
The Challenge
Ready Responders needed a team to develop a HIPAA-compliant platform to manage their operations. The platform was to include a patient mobile app, a dispatch portal, an admin portal, and a nightly ETL system that combined data from numerous third-party services into a centralized data store for reporting.
The Solution
Together, our teams built a full-featured platform for Ready that supported operations while accommodating for pivots in the business model. When the company strategy shifted toward proactive care planning and scheduled visits, our team integrated an EHR system and built a scheduling tool to provide a full care management platform that is the current core business function.
