As a result, the company needed a partner to integrate their platform with leading point-of-sale systems to maintain a consistent record of inventory and orders. Infuse executed this charge, developing a method for keeping data synchronized between the online and in-store platforms.

BigCommerce required a fast solution that integrated with Clover and Square so that it could keep pace with its users' needs.  

The Solution

Infuse developed BigCommerce integrations for Clover and Square, allowing merchants to pass accurate data and easily integrate and sync inventory between systems. The integration platform provides a centralized inventory repository as a “point of truth” between the online and in-store sales. Inventory levels are kept consistent so that no product is accidentally oversold and reordering levels can be properly assessed.

The Outcome

Thousands of merchants leverage our Clover and Square integrations and have been able to seamlessly expand their inventory. For one merchant, they were able to expand their inventory 10x and create dozens of new categories to be featured on their BigCommerce site.
